How subscriptions and billing work
Travel Juice offers Free and Plus plans. This article explains how billing works, when you’re charged, and what happens if you cancel or update your subscription.
Plans

Free: Basic trip planning features

Plus: Additional features for more active planning and collaboration
When you’re charged

You’re charged at the time you upgrade to Plus

Your subscription renews automatically each billing cycle

Renewal happens on the same calendar day you originally upgraded
Automatic renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel

You can view your next renewal date in Settings → Plan & billing
Canceling your subscription

You can cancel at any time from Settings → Plan & billing

Canceling stops future charges
-
You’ll continue to have Plus access until the end of your current billing period
What happens after cancellation

Your account switches back to the Free plan at the end of the billing period

Your trips and data are not deleted
-
Plus-only features will no longer be available after the period ends
Payment issues
If a payment fails:

You’ll be prompted to update your payment method
-
Your account may temporarily lose Plus access
-
No trips or data are deleted
Refunds
-
Subscriptions are non-refundable, unless required by law

If you believe you were charged in error, contact support
